The party started off with a ride on a historic train on the south side of the island. The dads and boys enjoyed the ride and met the moms and babies back at the house for dinner and cake.
Those in attendance: 7 kids ages 6 and under...the majority under the age of 4...and the 6 adults.
Cake: Thomas the Train cake made by a dear friend...with lots of blue and black icing.
Erin, I love reading your blog, and it so makes me wish we could live closer (in Hawaii :) ) so we could connect more often! So many things in common: I didn't know Jude's birthday was the same as Evangeline's! I am using your motivatedmoms schedule that you suggested and have started making homemade house cleaners, too. I'm looking forward to homeschooling soon, and I'm sure will need all the advice I can get. It's always fun to see updates on your sweet family! love, lindsey
I'm married to a man in ministry and am a mother of two boys and two little girls. I love journaling about the comings and goings of our life so that we can look back 1) on how our great God and Savior has worked in and through us...2) and to see how our four little blessings change and grow over the months.

I'm pretty sure M would still love to go on a train ride for his birthday! :) Sweet pictures to remember it all...
