This was a project that ended up taking waaaayyyy longer than I thought but I am pretty pleased with the outcome. It was my $15 find at the thrift store.Once again I forgot to take a before picture before we started sanding it down...but you get the idea of how ugly it was.And after...a beautiful ebony stain.
Erin! We have such similar ideas lately! I've been wanting to refinish our dining room table and it looks almost identical to yours. I've been hesitant to do it, but now with your pictures I'm totally inspired. Could you tell me what you used and how you did it?!
I'm married to a man in ministry and am a mother of two boys and two little girls. I love journaling about the comings and goings of our life so that we can look back 1) on how our great God and Savior has worked in and through us...2) and to see how our four little blessings change and grow over the months.

Oh! I love it! I love the stain you chose too! I've always wanted a round table for our dining room.
Looks great! I'm impressed.
