Our pineapple is finally growing. It only took about 18 months and I'm not sure if it will get any bigger than that. I am amazed that pineapples don't cost more than they do considering it takes that long to grow one...and each plant only grows one pineapple.

i have tried to grow pineapples too. You have gotten much farther than I ever did! Hope it ends up being yummy. Do you have to wait 12 more months until it's ripe? :) I'll stop fussing over paying $2.99 for one.
